CURVY OOTD: ASOS READYMADE COLORBLOCK DRESS

So you guys know I absolutely love ASOS. I've been shopping there for over a year now. However, it's been a while since I purchased anything. I couldn't have picked a better time to revisit their site since I caught it during their current 60%+ off sale.  I manage to scoop 2 great dresses with the colorblocking trend that Ive been sporting since spring.

Want to buy this dress? It's under $30! http://us.asos.com/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=1448851

For those who are wondering exactly what colorblocking is; in simple terms-it is the technique of pairing two different colors together.  Although this particular dress has more neutral colors then bold bright ones, the colorblocking is still apparent.

I paired it with a NUDE patent leather peep toe platform wedge shoe purchased from Rainbows, surprisingly enough, for $25.

What I absolutely loved was that the colorblocking technique is already done for you, so its fool proof.  Also, the dress is very stretchy and the fabric is good quality.

Makeup:
My face tends to always be about the eyes. With that being said, I have my signature eye look (Macs “Woodwink” e/s for base color and crease color Macs “Stars & Rockets”). I don’t wear foundation so I have Mac’s concealer (NW45) under my eyes and on random blemish spots. I set it all with Clinique’s “Almost there” face powder compact.  On my lips, I have on Maybelline’s Colorsensational in “Pink Please” topped with NARS lipgloss in “Giza.”

Accessories:
Watch: Michael Kors
Bracelets: Cheetah print with some gold plated bangles-H&M and F21
Earrings- Vintage inspired, F21
Necklace- ?? found it in my jewelry box.

What do you guys think?
